About the event
THIS IS A WAITING LIST! Once we reach 5 signups you'll receive an email to purchase tickets and confirm your spot in our 10 week New Moms Group!
Our third year providing new moms a space where they can share and support one another during this transformative time!
Motherhood can sometimes feel isolating and overwhelming, especially during the first few months. Connecting with other moms who are on a similar journey can be very supportive to your mental health during this major transition.
This in-person 10 week session is geared to new or reoccurring moms with babies who are 6 months or younger. We believe it is important to share and support one another when babies are in a similar phase developmentally but also connect with moms who may be a bit further along in their journey to share their knowledge and experiences. We'll discuss topics like feeding, postpartum recovery, relationship changes and pelvic floor therapy. Guest speakers will join us from the community to provide education and resources to support you on your journey. We will meet weekly on Wednesdays at 12:00pm - 1:30pm at the Laurelhurst Club in NE Portland.
What you'll get -
a dedicated space to share your new mom experience with others who get it
tips and tricks from experts in the community around sleep, feeding, pelvic floor recovery, emotional and physical challenges
What's App group to stay connected with other moms in between and after group sessions

The weekly sessions will be hosted by Erin Baldwin Draper, a social worker and trauma-informed educator. It will be held at Laurelhurst Club in SE Portland, adjacent to Laurelhurst park. Babies are encouraged to join mom during this meet up.
