Probably more than you think. Many moms arrive wondering if they'll be the only one feeling overwhelmed, lonely, unsure, or different. What they quickly discover is that while everyone's story is unique, so many of the experiences of becoming a parent are shared. Our groups include parents from different backgrounds, identities, family structures, and life experiences. You don't need to parent a certain way, believe a certain thing, or have it all figured out. You simply need to show up as you are. We create a space where mothers can connect honestly, learn from one another, and feel less alone in the journey of becoming a parent. That's where the magic happens. ✨

No, unfortunately I can’t prorate our sessions. The cost is for all 10 sessions, even if you miss one.
