SOCIAL MEDIA + ADMINISTRATIVE INTERN NEEDED!

About this Role

I am looking for a dedicated intern to assist with social media content creation, administrative tasks, and event support for approximately 5-10 hours per week. Responsibilities include designing and scheduling social media posts, organizing files, booking guest speakers, printing and distributing flyers, and helping with other administrative duties as needed. This opportunity also has the ability to learn how AI can streamline our organization.

About you

You are an organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys keeping things running smoothly. A clear and effective communicator, you can manage tasks independently while also working collaboratively with a team. You don’t need to be a mother yourself, but you are passionate about building community and supporting others. Creativity, reliability, and a willingness to help where needed are key traits that will make you a great fit for this role. You are either working towards gaining new skills or are currently enrolled in school. You have reliable transportation, a working computer, and cell phone.

While this is an unpaid position, it is also a valuable opportunity for personal and professional growth. You’ll gain hands-on experience in marketing, social media creation, AI tools, and administrative work, all while making meaningful connections within the local maternal community. This position is remote within Portland, OR. Must be able to to travel on occasion within the Portland Metro area.
